Stacey L. Jansen

Stacey L. Jansen, 52, of Monticello, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at her residence in Monticello.She was born on November 19, 1965 in Indianapolis to the late Ronald and Barbara (Lewis) Bailey. On August 11, 1997 she married James Jansen and he survives.She was a graduate of Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis and worked at Accu Mortgage until 2002. She then transitioned into the role of housewife which allowed her extra time to spend with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by three children, Megan Jackson of Florence, AL, LaMont Wilford (fiance Cheyanne) of Brownsburg, Jessica (Tommy) Jansen of Terre Haute; two siblings, Sandy Beaman of Indianapolis and Doug (Jacque) Bailey of Paoli; two grandchildren, Lily Jackson and King Wilford.She was also preceded in death by a sister, Susan Berlin.Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of services celebrating Stacey's life at noon on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello with Pastor Brandan Eddy officiating.Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Greenwood.Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help offset expenses.
