Ryan L. Ziemer

Ryan Lee Ziemer, 39, of Indianapolis and formally of the Monticello area, passed away at 3:30 am, Friday, March 11, 2016 in Indianapolis as a result of a car accident.He was born on February 10, 1977 in Winamac to Richard L. Ziemer and Darlene (Abbott) Ziemer who survive.Ryan was a service technician for Superior Van & Mobility in Indianapolis. He began working for Braun Corporation for six years before moving to help start Superior, the Braun retail dealership for wheel chair accessibility. He was instrumental in helping the business grow to where it is today. He loved fishing and was fond of hunting. He enjoyed pool, darts, horseshoes, and corn hole. He was an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts and enjoyed his favorite beverage. Ryan loved life, cherished his family, and lived everyday to its fullest. Ryan had a heart of gold and would do anything for anybody.In addition to his parents, he is survived by four siblings, Robert (Dawn) Schultz of Bloomington, Teresa Schultz of Star City, George R. (Judi) Schultz of Indianapolis, and twin brother, Bryan Ziemer of Smyrna, GA; children, Timothy and Kaylee Ziemer of Indianapolis.He was preceded in death by his soul mate, Staci Sue (Latta) Ziemer.Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of services celebrating Ryan's life at 1:00 pm Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello with Rev. Mark Hines officiating.Burial will follow at Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be given to Ryan's brother, George Schultz to benefit Timothy and Kaylee.
