Roger A. Bunnell

Roger Alan Bunnell, 63, of Monticello, passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Franciscan Health St. Elizabeth East in Lafayette.
He was born on January 15, 1958 in Lafayette to the late Walter and Evelyn (Rose) Bunnell. On October 20, 2018 he married Mandy Fultz in Monticello and she survives.
He was a 1976 graduate of Twin Lakes High School and had worked at Minlow Tool, Bassett, and Home Hospital in maintenance before working at McGills as a CNC operator for 30 years.
Roger liked shopping online, pawn shops, and at yard sales. He enjoyed tool repair and could repair anything. He cherished his family, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving along with his wife, Mandy of Monticello is his daughter, Bridget A. Gardner of Lafayette; step daughters, Angela (Steve) Altman of Monticello, Lexi Fultz of Monticello, Hannah Grandstaff of Lafayette; brother, Bob (Judy) Bunnell of Lafayette; grandsons, Coral (Catlyn) Altman, Benjamin Gardner; granddaughters, Kaitlyn Altman, Lauren Gardner, Emily Gardner, Emmalyn Fultz; mother-in-law, Margaret Henry; father-in-law, Troy Willis.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brothers, Mike and Louis Bunnell; and grandson, Patrick Hancock.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until a time of sharing at 7:00 pm Monday, November 1, 2021 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello. Following the visitation 7:00 pm , friends and family will be invited to share a memory or a story.
Private family graveside services will be in Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Kidney Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
