Robert 'Bob' Carter

Robert W. "Bob" Carter of Monticello, went to join his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 .He is survived by his beloved wife Katrina L. (Tabert) Carter; children, Kim (Tom) Bard, Brad, Dan (Barbie), and Matt; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Lewis), Caroline, Daniel, and Sunny; great granddaughter Lottie; brother and best friend, Bill Carter; sister Mary Jo Minier; and several nieces and nephews.He was a former school administrator and was active in White County GOP.At Bob's request, private family services have been planned.In keeping with Bob's wishes, there are to be no flowers. Memorial contributions are encouraged and suggested to the Boys and Girls Club of White County.
