Rhonda J. Gustin

Rhonda J. Gustin, 55, of Montgomery, Michigan, formerly of the Monticello area, died at 5 pm, Thursday, October 21, 2010 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, in Fort Wayne. She was born June 19, 1955 at Corona, California to Roundell Harris and to the late Shirley (Havlin) Harris. She married Roger A. Gustin August 5, 1988 at Idaville, and he survives. She attended Twin Lakes High School, and also Ivy Tech College. She had been a hairdresser in the Monticello area for several years, and more recently, was a cashier at Meijer in Angola. She lived a quiet life enjoying the outdoors, fishing, and gardening. She loved people. She is survived by her father, Roundell (Sandy) Harris of Lafayette, Indiana; sons, David (Lesa) Hanna of Hawley, Minnesota, Daryl Hanna of Rensselaer; grandmother, Alean Harris of Monticello, Indiana ; brothers, Roundell (Sandra) Harris, Jr of Carmel, Indiana, Brian (Stacy) Harris of Greenwood, Indiana; sisters, Victoria (Jim) Kirk of Medaryville, Indiana, Theresa Green of Lafayette, Indiana, Linda (Bobby) Henwood of Yankee Town, Florida, Heather Harris of Monticello, Indiana; grandchildren, Andrew, Sarah, Mari, Rachel, Justin and Jordan. Visitation will be from 4pm until 8pm, Tuesday, October 26 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello. Funeral services will be at 11 am, Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor David Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery, rural Monticello.
