Patricia S. Dicharia

Patricia S. DiCharia, 75, of Monticello, passed away at 6:10 am, Saturday, October 24, 2015, at I.U. White Memorial Hospital in Monticello. She was born on March 17, 1940 in East Chicago to the late Donald J. and Sue (Varga) Clemens. She graduated from Hammond High School in Hammond and moved to Norfolk, VA in 1985 and worked as a legal secretary with McGuire Woods Law Offices from which she retired. She was a member of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Griffith. She enjoyed animals, gardening, photography, playing the organ, and singing in the church choir. She is survived by her sons, Scott Einsele of Virginia Beach, VA, Todd (Sonya) Einsele of Monticello, Tony (Sharon) Dicharia of Oaklawn, IL; brother, Jeff (Dianna) Clemens of Chase City, VA; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, Mark Einsele. Graveside memorial services and burial will be at 11:00 am (ET) or 10 am (CT) on Monday, November 2, 2015 at Elmwood Cemetery, located at 1413 169th St. in Hammond with Fr. Michael Dwyer of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
