Naomi R. Horsley, 92, Mulberry, formally of Monticello, died at 4:00 a.m. Thursday, September 9, 2010 at the Mulberry Health and Retirement Community, Mulberry. She was born July 25, 1918 at Terre Haute to the late Benjamin and Priscilla Jane (Bloomfield) Rudisel. She married Lucky N. Horsley at Terre Haute August 25, 1935, and he preceded her in death June 23, 1998. She graduated high school in Terre Haute. She was a homemaker. She was a member the Eagles womens auxilary where she held a number of offices. She is survived by sons, George (Donna) Horsley of Wheatfield, Frank (Joan) Horsley of Lake Village, Michael (Tillie) Horsley of Ft. Wayne, Jack (Vickie) Horsley of Lebanon, Paul (Toni) Horsley of , Oxford; daughters, Patty (Gary) Richardson of Nappa, Idaho, Vicki (Matt) O'Dor of Lake Village; Sister, Beulah Bays of Terre Haute; twenty-two Grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and many great- great grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by a son, John Horsley; and six brothers and sisters. Graveside funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Monday, September 13, at Woodlawn Cemetery, Terre Haute. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello is entrusted with arrangements.
