Nancy M. Wakeland

Nancy M. Wakeland, 61, of Lafayette died Thursday, December 16, 2010 at her residence. She was born July 18, 1949 at Gary, Indiana to the late William and Mildred (Creek) Winebrenner. She was a graduate of Pioneer High School and was a retired cook from Twin Lakes School Corporation. She is survived by sons, Dennis Wakeland of Lafayette, Kenneth Wakeland of Idaville, Robert Wakeland of West Lafayette; daughter, Sally Wakeland of Lafayette In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, David Winebrenner. A memorial visitation will be from 5pm until 7pm, Tuesday, December 21 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello. Memorial services will follow at 7 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Al Rockey and Rev. Mark Wakeland officiating. Memorial donations may be given to the family in care of her son, Kenneth Wakeland. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
