Mildred "Mickey" Crouse, age 86, of Winter Haven, Florida, died at 5am on May 21st, 2012 of natural causes. She was born in Monticello, Indiana on October 18th, 1925 to Robert G. and Edith Girton Williams. She graduated from Monticello High School in 1943. She married the love of her life, Robert "Bob" Crouse on May 5th, 1944. Upon retiring from Chesebrough Pond's in July 1986, she and her husband moved to Winter Haven, Florida. Mickey was a member of Hope Presbyterian Church and served as Deacon and Elder. She was Moderator for Presbyterian Women, sang in the Chancel Choir and volunteered as a receptionist in the church office. Her life centered around her family, friends and church, and she will be dearly missed. Survivors include her husband Bob, 3 daughters, Dianna "Dee" (Doug) Smith, Jeanmarie (Brad) Parrott and Edith "Edie" (Brian) Lounsberry, 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Mickey gave each family member encouragement and unconditional love. Funeral services will be conducted at Hope Presbyterian Church on Thursday, May 24th at 10:00am in Winter Haven, Florida. Visitation will also be from 10 am until the time of services at 10:30 am, Monday, May 28th at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Riverview I.O.O.F Cemetery rural, Monticello. Memorial contributions may be made to Hope Presbyterian Church, 2110 Cypress Gardens Boulevard, Winter Haven, Florida, 33884.
