Michael 'Mike' Trammell

Michael "Mike" Trammell, 51 of Monticello, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at 7:30 a.m. at his residence. He was born November 1, 1956 in Indianapolis to the late Clyde Trammell and the late Bessie (McCallaster)Trammell. His marriage was to Norma Anderson on May 1, 1990, in Southport, IN. She survives in Monticello. Mr. Trammell was a welder for Vanguard National Trailer Corporation for 15 years. He enjoyed bowling and bowled on four different leagues. He liked golf, fishing, and playing basketball. He was an avid NASCAR fan of Jeff Gordon. Other survivors include: Daughter, Becky (Thomas) Prophet of Monticello, IN; Son, Jeremy Trammell of Indianapolis, IN Brother, Charlie Trammell of Indianapolis, IN Sister, Karen Sebinthau of Salty Daisey, TN, One Grandson, and One Step Grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held from 2-6 p.m., Saturday, March 22 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home, 202 S. Illinois St., Monticello, IN 47960. Funeral services will follow at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home, Saturday, March 22, 2008, 6 p.m. Rev. Sherri Rohrer of the Delphi United Methodist Church will officiate services.
