Martha Rich

Martha Jean Rich, 83, of Lafayette, died at 7:37 am, Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at Clarian Arnett Hospital of Lafayette. She was born to the late Marvin D. and Raye (Travis) Bower on August 8, 1927 in Morocco, Indiana. On November 15, 1946, she married Raymond R. Rich in Morocco. He preceded her in death July 16, 2001. She was 1945 graduate of Morocco High School and was a homemaker. Survivors include a son, Rodney (Cheryl) Rich of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; daughter, Reta (Richard) Karner of Lafayette; Brother, Joe (Beverly) Bower of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4:30 pm until 6 pm, Saturday, October 16 at Soller-Baker Funeral Home, 400 Twyckenham Boulevard, Lafayette, Indiana Funeral services will follow at 6 pm also at Soller-Baker Funeral Home with Rev.
