Marilyn L. Wagner, 73, Monticello died at 9:30 am, Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Monticello Assisted Living and Healthcare Center. She was born August 10, 1938 in Brazil, Indiana to the late G. Luther and Ada N. (Harris) Landrum. On November 26, 1966 in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Delphi, she married Richard J. Wagner, and he preceded her in death July 4, 1998. Marilyn was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church. She was a graduate of Monticello High School. She had worked as a telephone operator for United Telephone. She had also worked for Cheesborough Ponds and Peters Revington. She was a member of Women of the Moose for more than 30 years where she held numerous offices. She loved reading, spending time with her grandchildren, and traveling, especially in Wisconsin. She had a passion for Diet Pepsi and chocolate. She also enjoyed collecting light houses. She is survived by a daughter, Lisa (Dave, Jr.) Stiles of Monticello; son, Rick (Melanie) Wagner of Lafayette; sister, Linda (Jim) Van Voorst of Reynolds; 2 brothers, Jack (Pam) Landrum of Monticello, Richard (Wendy) Landrum of Monticello; 7 grandchildren, Makynzie Brynne Wagner, Gerritt Richard Wagner, Kaleigh Anne Loehmer, Kassidy Rose Loehmer, Kole Mathias Loehmer, Cheyenne Leigh Stiles, Chantel Marie Stiles; and a great-grandson, Karter Alexander Loehmer. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Landrum. Visitation will be from 4 pm until 8 pm, Tuesday, July 10 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 am, Wednesday at the funeral home with Father Gerald Borawski officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
