Lewis Pugh

Lewis Cleve Pugh, 61, of Monticello, passed away at 1:05 pm, Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Monticello Healthcare.He was born on March 11, 1955 in Logansport to the late Paul and Mildred (Anderson) Pugh.Lewis was a graduate of Twin Lakes High School and had worked at Indiana Packers in Delphi. He attended Faith Covenant Church. Lewis was an avid reader, gun enthusiast, enjoyed playing games, and above all cherished his family. He is survived by sisters, Karen (James) Schmitz of Idaville, Bonita (Larry) Coats of IL, Mary Foster of WI, Sara (Mark) Mathis of CA; brothers, John Pugh of Rockfield, David Pugh of Peru; and several nieces and nephews.He was also preceded in death by a brother, Steven P. Pugh; and sister, Barbara Linback.A memorial service celebrating Lewis' life will be at 5pm, Sunday, September 18, 2016 at Faith Covenant Church east of WalMart.Memorial contributions may be given to support Disabled Veterans, as this was near and dear to his heart.Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello is entrusted with care.
