Kimberly C. Diehl, 46, of Monticello, passed away, Monday, March 6, 2017 in Monticello.She was born on May 11, 1970 in Harvey, Illinois to John and Judy (Gilbert) Diehl, of Wheatfield.Kimberly was a 1989 graduate from KV High School. She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Delphi. Kimberly was an exceptional, fun-loving waitress at The Riverside Restaurant, Monticello. She was very active with the Twin Lakes PAT Club. Kimberly loved the beach and the water. Most of all she loved spending time with friends and family, and was a very proud mother who did everything for her boys.She is survived by two sons, Tristan Baker of Ft. Carson, Colorado, Aidan Baker, still at home in Monticello; brother, John (Tifany) Diehl of Kouts; sister, Courtney Diehl of Chesterton; two nephews, Brandon Smith and Junior Diehl; niece, Jordan Diehl; three Godchildren, Megan Hedlund, Jessica Hedlund and Hoyt Benson.She was also preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Momo and Babe and paternal grandparents, John and Laura Diehl.Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until the time of the funeral services at 7pm celebrating Kimberly's life, Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello. Pastor John Westfall will officiate services.Memorial contributions may be given to the to the family.
