Kae Fuller, 67, of Monticello died at 1:58 a.m., Sunday, June 21, 2009 St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. She was born September 12, 1941 at Oakwood, Illinois the late Charles L. and Evelyn H. (Stone) Nichols Her marriage was to John Fuller, and he preceded her in death. Schooling: Graduate of Oakwood Township High School, Attended the American College of Health Administrators Kae was a 1959 graduate of Oakwood Township High School, Oakwood, IL and later attended The American College of Health Administrators. She was a licensed healthcare administrator. She was the administrator of the White County Lakeview Home for more than 10 years. She was dedicated to the mission of providing a home, love, and stability to the residents of Lakeview Home. She gave liberally of herself to make the lives of others and the world in which they live better. She was an American Red Cross volunteer and its disaster relief program. She was also a member of the Monticello Kiwanis Club. She enjoyed bowling and bowled on the Thursday evening womens league and also on the Sunday afternoon league. Survivors include a granddaughter, Hannah Nicholl Cox of Monticello; fianc, Myron Barnes of Monticello; Brother, Charles "Red" (Mary) Nichols of Danville, Illinois; 2 Sisters, Thelma Mckee of Pana, Illinois, and Donna Karshner of Cedar Rapids , Iowa. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Chris Cox; and one sister. Visitation will be from 4p.m. until 9 p.m., Thursday, June 25 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Holmes officiating. Memorial donations may be given to the White County Community Foundation to benefit the White County Food Pantry.
