June Daulton

June Daulton, 77 of Monticello, passed away at 5:41 pm, on October 10, 2019 at St. Vincent Heart Center in Indianapolis.
She was born on February 21, 1942. On September 11, 1960 in Monticello she married Charles Daulton and he preceded her in death on December 27, 2003.
June worked at Chemtron, co-owned Daulton Landscaping with her husband, and served as the Union Township Trustee's Assistant over thirty years.
She enjoyed gardening, her cooking shows, cooking for family holiday dinners, and time spent with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her daughters, Melinda Daulton of Monticello and Katherine (Troy) Weaver of Idaville; eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter on the way; siblings, Jerry (Sam) Miller of Monticello, Rosetta (Bill) Seward of Lafayette, Shirley Kay Frybort of Cicero, Marie Moore of Coldiron, KY, Connie Maxson of Monticello, and Larry Wert of Otterbein; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents Harry and Daisy Wert; son, Lewis Lee Daulton; and several siblings.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 5 pm until 7 pm at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello.
Private burial will be in Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery
