Jeffery C. Klopfenstein

Jeffery Klopfenstein, 59, of Monticello, passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at his residence.

He was born on December 20, 1965 in Monticello. On June 25, 1988 he married Cathy McKinley. She survives.

He was a 1984 graduate of North White High School. Jeff went to work for United Feed, driving a truck until he started his own trucking company, Jeff Klopfenstein Trucking and Jeff Klopfenstein property rentals.

He was an avid fisherman and gardener/landscaper. He was continuously landscaping around his house. He enjoyed classic hot rods, restoring cars, and especially enjoyed his 1968 Pontiac Firebird. He was a hardworking man, a good provider, and cherished his wife, sons and grandson.

In addition to his wife, Cathy, he is survived by two sons, Joshua Klopfenstein (fiancée, Adreona) and Joseph Klopfenstein, both of Monticello; grandson, Hudson Klopfenstein; and his French Bulldog, Cookie.
