Hubert 'Gene' Lowe

Hubert "Gene" Lowe, 78, Monticello, died on Monday, August 10, 2009 in Monticello. He was born on April 12, 1931 in Johnson City, TN to George and Annie Lowe. He was in the Air Force. Mr. Lowe worked for Daniels Construction as a foreman and pipefitter in TN. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and going to the races. He is survived by a Son, Michael Lowe of Monticello, IN; Daughter, Teresa Ward, TN; 2 Sisters, Georgia and Evonne "Pete"; 3 Brothers, Robbie, Selmer and Delmer; 5 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Son, Lonnie Lowe and a Daughter, Thelma Martin; 3 Sisters, Thelma,Ethal and Bessie; 4 Brothers, Dan, Lonza, Jim and Leonard. Graveside Services and Burial will take place at Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery on Friday, August 14, 2009, at 2 PM with Rev. Chris Dodson officiating.
