Emma Jean Kyburz

Emma Jean Kyburz, 93, of Monticello died at 8:40 am, Monday, April 9, 2012 at Monticello Assisted Living and Healthcare Center. She was born July 30, 1918 in Taylor County, Kentucky to the late Lloyd and Lulu Belle (Tungate) Heistand. She Married Levi Kyburz in Louisville, Kentucky, and he preceded her in death in March of 1964. She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church in Wolcott. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Eugene Kyburz of Idaville, Doug (Billie) Kyburz of Idaville; two daughters, Joan (Doran) Wallace of Idaville, Bettie (Jim) Hunt of Idaville; 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by five sisters, three brothers and a daughter-in-law, Judith Kyburz Private graveside services will be officiated by Gene Lehman of the Apostolic Christian Church, Wolcott. Burial will be in Wolcott Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimers Association. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
