Elizabeth 'Betty' Hunt

Elizabeth B. "Betty" Hunt, 90, of Monticello formerly of Idaville passed away Monday, January 23, 2017.She was born on December 12, 1926 in Milwaukee to the late William and Helen (Carr) Baer. The family moved back to Monticello in 1929 and she attended schools in White County.On December 12, 1943 she married Harold Hunt in White County. He preceded her in death on August 13, 1999.She attended Idaville Church of God and was a homemaker.Surviving are her children, Charlene McLean of Idaville, Larry (Kathy) Hunt of Logansport, Paulette Brickey of Lafayette, Randy (Cheryl) Hunt of Idaville, and Rick (Shiela) Hunt of Idaville; sisters, Phyllis Mitman of OH, Karen (Peter) Manoto of Minnesota; Keith Baer of South Carolina; twelve grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.She was also preceded in death by a son, Jay Hunt; grandson, J.D. Brickey; brother, Ted Baer; and two sisters, Gavis Neal and Dee Wright;Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 25, from 11 am until the time of services at 1pm celebrating Betty's life at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello with Rev.
