Dorothy I. Roth

Dorothy Irene Roth, 89, of Monticello passed away Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 8:45am at Whispering Pines Rehabilatation Center in Monticello. She was born on December 19, 1919 in Pulaski, IN to the late Edward William and Stella Jane(Kuhn)Fox. She first married Richard James Roth in 1943. He preceded her in death. She then married, Francis L. Roth on April 27, 1945 in Pulaski, IN. He passed away on February 29, 2000. She was graduate of Pulaski High School. Mrs. Roth was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Monticello. She enjoyed gardening and was an avid CUBS fan. Survivors include: 7 Daughters, Sue (Al) Bachman of Lowell, IN, Joyce (Bob) Plechaty of Wantah, IN, Tari (Dick) Kruzick of Winamac, IN, Janet (Bob) Mason of Ft. Wayne, IN, Mary (Neil) Smith of Monticello, IN, Jody (Ed) Johnson of West Lafayette, IN; Fran Jensen of Monticello, IN. Son, Willie (Candy) Roth of Monticello, IN; 3 Brothers, Joe (Noan) Fox of Star City, IN, Leo (Mary Ellen) Fox of Winamac, IN, Alvin (Susie) Fox of Grass Creek , IN; Numerous Grandchildren, Numerous Great Grandchildren, Numerous Great- Great Grandchildren She is preceded in death by her Parents; and siblings, Darl Fox, Helen, Englels, Rita Fox and John Fox. Visitation will be from 2pm until 6pm Sunday, March 1, 2009 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. A rosary will take place at 5:30pm. A funeral mass will be held at 10am, on Monday at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church with Father Borwaski and Father Jeff Martin officiating. Burial will be at Riverview I.O.O.F.
