Debbie Sheaks Zile, 51, of Fowler died Thursday, August 20, 2009 at her residence. She was born January 26, 1958 at Hammond. Her parents Charles Sheaks and Patricia Pate are deceased. Debbie was a graduate of Gavit High School in Hammond. She was employed at Adkev, Goodland. Survivors include: Son, Jordon (Lyndsi) Zile of Reynolds; Daughter, Sarah Zile of Monticello; 2 Brothers, Dave (Vickie) Sheaks of St. John, Don Sheaks of Hammond; and Sister, Denise (Jack) Cather of Gary She is preceded in death by her parents; and 2 brothers, Darrel and Dennis Sheaks. A memorial service will be at 7 pm (EDT), Monday, August 31, 2009 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello with Rev. Andrea Bremmer officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, at a later date.
