Daniel R. Sparger, 56, of Monticello, died at 4:47pm, Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at St. Elizabeth East Hospital in Lafayette. He was born September 10, 1956 in Chicago, IL the late Jimmiray A. and Evelyn (Nolan) Sparger. His marriage was to Dawn Beuster on February 7, 1976 in Lansing, IL. She survives in Monticello. Mr. Sparger was an electrician and truck driver. He was a member of the Electrical Union IBEW #701. He enjoyed planes, trains and automobile and making models. He also enjoyed restoring old cars, small engine repair, woodworking, especially making furniture. He is also survived by a son, Kyle (Arin) Sparger of Lafayette; daughter, Stephanie (Daniel) Dennis of Buffalo; sisters, Vickie (Phil) Scofield of South Chicago Hts, IL, Ginny Sparger of Griffeth, Sherry (Gene) Lozzi of Knox; brother, Shawn (Gloria)Sparger of DeMotte; 3 sisters in law, Debbie (Hibbard) Cox of Cleveland, TX, Denise (Larry) Conley of Lansing, IL, Doris (Warren) Wood of St. John; brother in law , Clyde (Judy) Beuster of Lansing , IL; and 3 grandchildren Visitation will be from 4pm to 8pm (EST)Thursday, December 27 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home.
