Connie J. Felker

Connie Jo Felker, 72, of Kokomo, formerly of Monticello passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021 at her residence.
She was born on March 22, 1949 in Fort Wayne to the late Delbert and Lorraine (Haven) Weaver. On October 31, 1969 she married Jerald Felker in Indianapolis. He preceded her in death in 2000.
Connie worked as a code inspector for Modern Drop Forge in Blue Island, IL for over 30 years, retiring in 2014.
She enjoyed crocheting, playing games on her phone, listening to country music and playing Barbies with her youngest granddaughter, Katherine.
She is survived by three children, Charles (Christine) Felker of Kokomo, Eric Felker of Kokomo, Jerald Franklin Felker of Monticello; siblings, Patty (John) Phlipot of OH, Cindy Weaver of OH, and Debbie Jones of OH; eleven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren, and one on the way.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Janice Peffley, and brother, Frank Weaver.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 28, 2021 from 11:00 am until the time of services celebrating Connie's life at 1:00 pm at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello. Harold Rutledge will officiate services.
Burial will be held at a later date in Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Monticello.
Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help the family offset expenses. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
