Clyde Edwin Alma

Clyde Edwin Alma, 90, of Monticello, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2009 at 5:07 am at White County Memorial Hospital. He was born on November 30, 1918 in Logansport to Cecil C. and Ruth (Windle) Alma . His marriage was to Esther Venita (Cain) Alma on August 31, 1946 in Monticello, IN. She survives in Monticello. He was in the Army during WWII. Mr. Alma was a plant manager for Union Carbide Corporation for 40 plus years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Monticello. He is survived by his Son, Michael (Sueann) Alma of Indianapolis, IN; Daughter, Carolyn A. (Jim) Reimer of Los Angeles, CA Visitation will be held from 11 am to 12 pm, Monday, August 10, 2009 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home, Monday, August 10, 2009, 12pm Burial will take place at Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery in rural Monticello. Memorials may be made to the Donor's Choice of Charity.
