Charles F. Pearson

Charles Franklin Pearson, 52, of Kokomo formerly of Monticello, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018 at his residence.He was born on July 2, 1965 in Monticello to the late Robert Pearson and Betty (Sigman) Pearson Cooper.Charles was a 1983 graduate of Twin Lakes High School. He attended Temple Baptist Church in Kokomo. He is survived by his mother and stepfather Betty and Jerry Cooper, Sr. of Kokomo; his siblings, Ed (Benita) Pearson of Oklahoma City, OK, Betty Jean Ford of Ocala, FL, Rowena (Ken) Back of Stonewall, Mississippi, Peggy Sue (Willis) York of Kokomo, Fred Pearson of Monticello and Jerry Cooper, Jr. of Kokomo.Visitation will be on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 4 pm until the time of services celebrating Charlie's life at 7pm, at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello with Dr. Mike Holloway from Temple Baptist Church officiating.Private burial will be on Friday in Bedford Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be given to a food pantry of the donor's choice.
