Arnold "Butch" R. Mull, Jr.

Arnold R. "Butch" Mull, Jr., 79, of Lafayette, formerly of Monticello, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on July 9, 1943 in Monticello to the late Arnold R and Iva (Taylor) Mull. On June 19, 1965 he married Janette Tignor in Delphi. She preceded him in death on June 14, 2020.

Butch was a graduate of Monticello High School and worked as a flooring installation sub-contractor for Carpetland in Lafayette for more than 30 years. He was a member of Redmen Lodge in Monticello and a former member of the Monticello Eagles.

After he retired, he moved back to the river home where he was born. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, hosting fish fry's, yard work, and was an avid sports fan. He cherished time with family, especially the grandchildren.

He is survived by children, Dr. William (Michelle) Misenheimer of Monticello, Tonya (Robert) Lank of Lafayette, Tina (Todd) Spille of Lafayette, Todd (Dianna) Mull of West Lafayette; brother, Robert Mull of Chalmers; several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Janette, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Richard Leslie.

Private graveside services will be celebrated at Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery with Rev. Brian Beeks officiating.
